vida de las y los neolaredenses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NUEVO LAREDO, TAMPS.<\/strong> El alcalde Arturo Sanmiguel Cant\u00fa entreg\u00f3 la pavimentaci\u00f3n con asfalto y base cementada de la calle Jos\u00e9 Rodr\u00edguez, en la colonia Francisco Villa, una obra m\u00e1s de su administraci\u00f3n que mejora la infraestructura urbana y calidad de vida de las y los neolaredenses.<\/p>\n<p>Junto con la regidora del sector, Iliana Medina Garc\u00eda; y el secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas, Jaime Ruiz Rend\u00f3n, el Presidente Municipal cort\u00f3 el list\u00f3n inaugural en esa vialidad, la ma\u00f1ana de este jueves.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1397\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cHicimos una entrega de obra en pavimentaci\u00f3n asf\u00e1ltica con base cementada aqu\u00ed en la calle Jos\u00e9 Rodr\u00edguez, en la colonia Francisco Villa, entre Centauro del Norte y L\u00edmite Poniente, con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 3 millones de pesos y una superficie de m\u00e1s de 2 mil metros cuadrados\u201d, inform\u00f3 Sanmiguel Cant\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Y afirm\u00f3 que en esa colonia \u201ctambi\u00e9n hemos inaugurado otras obras de esta importancia, aqu\u00ed estamos buscando los beneficios para la ciudadan\u00eda\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img \/><\/p>\n<p>La pavimentaci\u00f3n incluye trazo y nivelaci\u00f3n, corte de caja en calles, acarreo de materiales, mejoramiento de terracer\u00edas, sub base, guarniciones, banquetas, tomas y descargas domiciliarias, se\u00f1alamiento, luminarias de 150 watts y beneficia de manera directa a m\u00e1s de 480 habitantes del sector.<\/p>\n<p>Arturo Sanmiguel Cant\u00fa tambi\u00e9n acudi\u00f3 a supervisar la pavimentaci\u00f3n con concreto hidr\u00e1ulico de la calle C\u00edclopes, entre Quimera y bulevar Progreso, en la colonia El Progreso.<\/p>\n<p>La obra presenta un avance del 80 por ciento, tiene una inversi\u00f3n de 1 mill\u00f3n 987 mil 664 pesos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1399\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Junto a esa pavimentaci\u00f3n, el mun\u00edcipe y los funcionarios constataron los trabajos sobre el \u00e1rea deportiva del campo de b\u00e9isbol, en los terrenos ubicados en el bulevar El Progreso, los cuales presentan un 85 por ciento de avance.<\/p>\n<p>La inversi\u00f3n es de 3 millones 114 mil pesos e incluye andadores, rampa, malla cicl\u00f3nica, campo de b\u00e9isbol, mont\u00edculo, caj\u00f3n del bateador y receptor, dogouts, gradas met\u00e1licas, \u00e1reas verdes y alumbrado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La obra se suma a otras de su
