{"id":1421,"date":"2021-08-27T07:18:12","date_gmt":"2021-08-27T12:18:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/?p=1421"},"modified":"2021-08-27T07:18:12","modified_gmt":"2021-08-27T12:18:12","slug":"proponen-como-magistrados-a-castro-ormaechea-y-mauricio-guerra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/2021\/08\/27\/proponen-como-magistrados-a-castro-ormaechea-y-mauricio-guerra\/","title":{"rendered":"Proponen como magistrados a Castro Ormaechea y Mauricio Guerra"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>El Congreso recibi\u00f3 las propuestas del Ejecutivo, a las que tambi\u00e9n se suman David Cerda y Andr\u00e9s Gonz\u00e1lez Galv\u00e1n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.<\/strong> Javier Castro Ormaechea, present\u00f3 su renuncia con car\u00e1cter de irrevocable, al cargo de Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n de Tamaulipas, quien fue propuesto para ser Magistrado de N\u00famero del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia.<\/p>\n<p>En la lectura de correspondencia de la sesi\u00f3n de la diputaci\u00f3n permanente, se dio a conocer la carta enviada por el Fiscal Anticorrupci\u00f3n, fechada el 25 de agosto, mediante la cual present\u00f3 su renuncia al cargo, misma que fue admitida por unanimidad por el Congreso Local.<\/p>\n<p>En la misma sesi\u00f3n, se dio a conocer la propuesta realizada por el gobernador Francisco Garc\u00eda Cabeza de Vaca para considerar a David Cerda Z\u00fa\u00f1iga para ocupar el cargo de Magistrado de N\u00famero del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como la propuesta de nombramiento como Magistrado Regional del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia del Estado para Andr\u00e9s Gonz\u00e1lez Galv\u00e1n, quien a su vez, concluy\u00f3 su periodo como Magistrado del Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa.<\/p>\n<p>Otra propuesta realizada por el gobernador del Estado es la de Mauricio Guerra Mart\u00ednez, para el cargo de Magistrado de N\u00famero del Supremo Tribunal de Justicia de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Congreso recibi\u00f3 las propuestas del Ejecutivo, a las que tambi\u00e9n se suman David Cerda y Andr\u00e9s Gonz\u00e1lez Galv\u00e1n CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.
