{"id":142305,"date":"2025-09-02T14:01:58","date_gmt":"2025-09-02T20:01:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/?p=142305"},"modified":"2025-09-02T14:01:58","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T20:01:58","slug":"ratifica-cabildo-ejecucion-de-programa-de-vivienda-para-el-bienestar-en-victoria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/2025\/09\/02\/ratifica-cabildo-ejecucion-de-programa-de-vivienda-para-el-bienestar-en-victoria\/","title":{"rendered":"Ratifica Cabildo ejecuci\u00f3n de programa de Vivienda para el Bienestar en Victoria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.<\/strong> El Cabildo de Victoria aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda el acuerdo del convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con el Gobierno Federal y Estatal, para la ejecuci\u00f3n del <strong>programa<\/strong> <em>\u201cVivienda para el Bienestar\u201d<\/em> en la Capital de Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n<p>La ratificaci\u00f3n se dio en la trig\u00e9sima octava sesi\u00f3n ordinaria que, en representaci\u00f3n del alcalde de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciudadvictoria.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Victoria<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SoyLaloGattas\">Eduardo Gatt\u00e1s B\u00e1ez<\/a>, presidi\u00f3 el regidor Mario Ch\u00e1vez Herrera y coordin\u00f3 el Secretario del Ayuntamiento Hugo Res\u00e9ndez Silva.<\/p>\n<p>En la exposici\u00f3n, el s\u00edndico Ernesto Avalos Bustos recapitul\u00f3 que el <strong>21 de noviembre de 2024<\/strong>, los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno firmaron el convenio para otorgar facilidades administrativas y fiscales en tr\u00e1mites y procesos de obra para la construcci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de <strong>43,000 viviendas<\/strong> en Tamaulipas.<\/p>\n<p>El programa tiene como objetivo dotar de vivienda a la poblaci\u00f3n en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad y rezago social a trav\u00e9s de un cr\u00e9dito accesible, por lo que el Cabildo consider\u00f3 factible la ratificaci\u00f3n del convenio para la ejecuci\u00f3n del programa en Victoria.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, se instruy\u00f3 a las Secretar\u00edas del Ayuntamiento, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tamaulipas.gob.mx\/seduma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SEDUMA<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tamaulipas.gob.mx\/obraspublicas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Obras P\u00fablicas<\/a>, Tesorer\u00eda Municipal, Departamento de Catastro y dem\u00e1s dependencias involucradas para que en el \u00e1mbito de sus respectivas atribuciones otorguen las facilidades administrativas y beneficios fiscales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>#ElReporteroMX #InformacionenTiempoReal<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.
