{"id":149167,"date":"2025-11-05T10:00:04","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T16:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/?p=149167"},"modified":"2025-11-05T10:00:04","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T16:00:04","slug":"aprueba-cabildo-de-victoria-condonar-recargos-en-predial-y-ley-de-ingresos-de-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/2025\/11\/05\/aprueba-cabildo-de-victoria-condonar-recargos-en-predial-y-ley-de-ingresos-de-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueba Cabildo de Victoria condonar recargos en predial y \u2018Ley de Ingresos de 2026\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.<\/strong> Con el voto un\u00e1nime del <strong>Cabildo<\/strong>, fue aprobada la propuesta del alcalde de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciudadvictoria.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Victoria<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SoyLaloGattas\">Eduardo Gatt\u00e1s B\u00e1ez<\/a>, de otorgar la condonaci\u00f3n del <strong>100% por ciento<\/strong> en recargos al <strong>impuesto predial 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El beneficio, en apoyo a la econom\u00eda de los contribuyentes victorenses, ser\u00e1 aplicable a partir del primero y hasta el <strong>30 de diciembre<\/strong> del presente a\u00f1o en propiedades urbanas, suburbanas y r\u00fasticas en relaci\u00f3n al pago de dicho impuesto.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la cuadrag\u00e9sima segunda sesi\u00f3n ordinaria, tambi\u00e9n fue ratificado el anteproyecto de la <strong>Ley de Ingresos<\/strong> para el <strong>ejercicio fiscal 2026<\/strong> sin aumentos, ni nuevos impuestos, el cual ser\u00e1 remitido al Congreso antes del <strong>10 de noviembre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La orden del d\u00eda, incluy\u00f3 la propuesta de entrega de nombramiento a C\u00e9sar Saavedra Ter\u00e1n como nuevo director del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.difvictoria.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sistema DIF Victoria<\/a>, designaci\u00f3n que fue aprobada por la mayor\u00eda de integrantes del Cabildo local.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>#ElReporteroMX #InformacionenTiempoReal<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.
