{"id":154856,"date":"2025-12-23T14:10:56","date_gmt":"2025-12-23T20:10:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/?p=154856"},"modified":"2025-12-26T16:11:34","modified_gmt":"2025-12-26T22:11:34","slug":"destaca-diputado-ampliacion-del-sistema-de-pensiones-del-ipsset-por-3-decadas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/2025\/12\/23\/destaca-diputado-ampliacion-del-sistema-de-pensiones-del-ipsset-por-3-decadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Destaca diputado ampliaci\u00f3n del sistema de pensiones del IPSSET por 3 d\u00e9cadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Enrique Jonguitud<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.<\/strong> La reforma a la <strong>Ley de Pensiones del Estado<\/strong> ampl\u00eda la viabilidad financiera del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tamaulipas.gob.mx\/ipsset\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Instituto de Previsi\u00f3n y Seguridad Social de Tamaulipas<\/a> hasta el a\u00f1o <strong>2050<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3 el diputado local de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.threads.com\/@morena_partido\">Morena<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congresotamaulipas.gob.mx\/AsambleaLegislativa\/IntegrantesPleno\/Legislador.asp?IdDiputado=1234\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alberto Moctezuma Castillo<\/a>, al defender los cambios aprobados por el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congresotamaulipas.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Congreso<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El legislador se\u00f1al\u00f3 que antes de la modificaci\u00f3n legal, el sistema de pensiones solo ten\u00eda garantizada su operaci\u00f3n hasta el a\u00f1o <strong>2031<\/strong>, escenario que generaba una presi\u00f3n financiera constante y un riesgo creciente para el cumplimiento de los pagos a jubilados.<\/p>\n<p>Indic\u00f3 que la iniciativa enviada por el gobernador <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Dr_AVillarreal\">Am\u00e9rico Villarreal<\/a> corrigi\u00f3 un problema estructural que se hab\u00eda acumulado durante a\u00f1os, al actualizar un esquema que ya no correspond\u00eda a la realidad demogr\u00e1fica ni financiera del estado.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/p\/Dr-Alberto-Moctezuma-Castillo-100063481369244\/\">Moctezuma Castillo<\/a> explic\u00f3 que uno de los principales factores del desbalance era el aumento en la esperanza de vida, lo que elev\u00f3 de manera sostenida el gasto en pensiones sin que las aportaciones crecieran al mismo ritmo.<\/p>\n<p>Advirti\u00f3 que, sin la reforma, las cuotas vigentes habr\u00edan sido insuficientes para sostener el sistema, lo que habr\u00eda comprometido la estabilidad del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/ipsset.tam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IPSSET<\/a> y de las instituciones de seguridad social estatales.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la nueva ley, que entrar\u00e1 en vigor a partir del <strong>primero de enero<\/strong>, ofrece mayor certeza a los trabajadores, quienes podr\u00e1n jubilarse con mejores condiciones y con garant\u00edas m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas sobre el pago de sus pensiones.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, subray\u00f3 que para no afectar el ingreso de los empleados, la aportaci\u00f3n correspondiente al aguinaldo ser\u00e1 cubierta por el gobierno estatal como patr\u00f3n, medida que permitir\u00e1 fortalecer las finanzas del instituto sin impactar la econom\u00eda de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>#ElReporteroMX #InformacionenTiempoReal<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enrique Jonguitud CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.
