{"id":163968,"date":"2026-03-23T14:21:20","date_gmt":"2026-03-23T20:21:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/?p=163968"},"modified":"2026-03-23T14:21:20","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T20:21:20","slug":"exhiben-aumento-en-deteccion-de-vih-en-embarazadas-de-tamaulipas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/2026\/03\/23\/exhiben-aumento-en-deteccion-de-vih-en-embarazadas-de-tamaulipas\/","title":{"rendered":"Exhiben aumento en detecci\u00f3n de VIH en embarazadas de Tamaulipas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Enrique Jonguitud\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.<\/strong> La falta de detecci\u00f3n oportuna del <strong>VIH<\/strong> en <strong>mujeres embarazadas<\/strong> mantiene a <strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong> dentro de los <strong>primeros 10 lugares a nivel nacional<\/strong>, al ubicarse en la novena posici\u00f3n, seg\u00fan el m\u00e1s reciente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/salud\/acciones-y-programas\/direccion-general-de-epidemiologia-boletin-epidemiologico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bolet\u00edn epidemiol\u00f3gico de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud federal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El reporte advierte que una parte de las <strong>mujeres diagnosticadas<\/strong> desconoc\u00eda que portaba el virus de inmunodeficiencia humana al momento de su embarazo, lo que incrementa el riesgo de transmisi\u00f3n vertical, es decir, de madre a hijo.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con las cifras correspondientes al <strong>segundo trimestre de 2025<\/strong>, de <strong>agosto<\/strong> a <strong>diciembre<\/strong>, en <strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong> se registraron <strong>21 personas gestantes con VIH<\/strong>, lo que refleja la persistencia del problema en la entidad.<\/p>\n<p>Del total, <strong>15 casos<\/strong> corresponden a embarazos en evoluci\u00f3n, mientras que seis fueron embarazos no concluidos, es decir, no se logr\u00f3 concretar el nacimiento, de acuerdo con el informe oficial.<\/p>\n<p>En el contexto nacional, el <strong>Estado de M\u00e9xico<\/strong> encabeza la lista con <strong>60 mujeres gestantes con VIH<\/strong>, seguido por <strong>Veracruz<\/strong> con <strong>55<\/strong> y <strong>Tabasco<\/strong> con <strong>49<\/strong>, lo que coloca a <strong>Tamaulipas<\/strong> en una posici\u00f3n relevante dentro de la estad\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>El documento tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala que uno de los principales factores de riesgo para la transmisi\u00f3n del virus es la seroconversi\u00f3n durante el periodo de lactancia, lo que obliga a reforzar la vigilancia m\u00e9dica en esta etapa.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque autoridades federales sostienen que el <strong>VIH<\/strong> podr\u00eda eliminarse como pandemia hacia el a\u00f1o <strong>2030<\/strong> mediante programas espec\u00edficos, especialistas advierten que ser\u00e1 clave fortalecer el tamizaje temprano, la prevenci\u00f3n en personas en edad reproductiva y la generaci\u00f3n de evidencia para ajustar las estrategias sanitarias.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>#ElReporteroMX #InformacionenTiempoReal<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enrique Jonguitud\u00a0 CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.
