{"id":50474,"date":"2023-06-29T08:56:38","date_gmt":"2023-06-29T14:56:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/?p=50474"},"modified":"2023-06-29T08:56:38","modified_gmt":"2023-06-29T14:56:38","slug":"juez-vincula-a-proceso-a-rafael-santiago-por-homicidio-calificado-contra-periodista-y-su-hija","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/2023\/06\/29\/juez-vincula-a-proceso-a-rafael-santiago-por-homicidio-calificado-contra-periodista-y-su-hija\/","title":{"rendered":"Juez vincula a proceso a Rafael Santiago por homicidio calificado contra periodista y su hija"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.<\/strong> Un Juez de Control federal en Victoria, vincul\u00f3 a proceso a Rafael Santiago <em>\u201cA\u201d<\/em>, a quien se acus\u00f3 de homicidio calificado, con las agravantes de premeditaci\u00f3n, alevos\u00eda y ventaja, en contra del periodista <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/tonypresss\">Antonio De la Cruz<\/a> y de su hija Cynthia, en hechos cometidos el 29 de junio del 2022 en el Fraccionamiento Puertas de Tamat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/fgr\">Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR)<\/a>, ejerci\u00f3 la facultad de atracci\u00f3n del caso, obteniendo 109 datos de prueba para acreditar la probable responsabilidad penal del imputado.<\/p>\n<p>El representante del Ministerio P\u00fablico federal present\u00f3 pruebas de que Rafael Santiago <em>\u201cA\u201d<\/em>, es qui\u00e9n dispar\u00f3 hasta en cinco ocasiones en contra del periodista <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/profile.php?id=100064336440175\">Antonio de la Cruz<\/a> y su hija Cinthya, por lo que solicit\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa para persona, quien ya se encuentra detenida en el Centro de Reclusi\u00f3n de Nuevo Laredo, misma que fue otorgada por el juez de control.<\/p>\n<p>La autoridad judicial otorg\u00f3 adem\u00e1s cuatro meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CIUDAD VICTORIA, TAMPS.
