Admira a Donovan Carrillo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AGENCIAS.<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/regina.garciadeleon\/\">Regina Garc\u00eda de Le\u00f3n<\/a>, patinadora mexicana de 16 a\u00f1os, va poco a poco cumpliendo sus metas. Lo que comenz\u00f3 como un hobby se convirti\u00f3 en una decisi\u00f3n que hoy marca el pulso de su vida. Es <strong>Campeona Nacional de Patinaje Art\u00edstico<\/strong> sobre hielo y apunta a estar en el <strong>Campeonato Mundial Junior<\/strong>, as\u00ed como hacer realidad el mayor sue\u00f1o que tiene, estar en los <strong>Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de Invierno Mil\u00e1n-Cortina d&#8217;Ampezzo 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTodos los d\u00edas tengo una rutina de ocho horas de trabajo, cuatro en el hielo y cuatro en el piso. De <strong>5:30 a 7<\/strong> voy a patinar, luego me voy a la escuela. Despu\u00e9s de <strong>1 a 4 regreso a patinar<\/strong>, en la tarde hago <strong>3-4 horas de piso<\/strong>\u201d, indic\u00f3 Regina Garc\u00eda de Le\u00f3n en una entrevista.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A los seis a\u00f1os comenz\u00f3 a patinar en un curso de verano y ah\u00ed mismo inici\u00f3 a tomar clases de grupo. El hobby se convirti\u00f3 en algo serio; tom\u00f3 clases con maestros canadienses de gran nivel, uno de ellos ense\u00f1a a patinadores ol\u00edmpicos.<\/p>\n<p>Por la edad est\u00e1 en un nivel Junior y a partir de los <strong>17 a\u00f1os<\/strong> podr\u00e1 subir. Las ca\u00eddas que ha tenido en pista la han hecho en trabajar m\u00e1s fuerte.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAntes me frustraba mucho y pensaba que como se acababa el mundo, pero me he dado cuenta que de esas ca\u00eddas se aprende m\u00e1s y que gracias a eso he podido trabajar cada vez m\u00e1s fuerte\u201d, mencion\u00f3 la patinadora mexicana.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Regina Garc\u00eda de Le\u00f3n gan\u00f3 el <strong>Campeonato Nacional Junior<\/strong>, que se realiz\u00f3 en Puebla en el pasado mes de diciembre, con un <strong>puntaje 123.53<\/strong>. Por tercera ocasi\u00f3n, representar\u00e1 a M\u00e9xico en el <strong>Dream Program<\/strong> que se realizar\u00e1 en <strong>PyeongChang<\/strong>, <strong>Corea del Sur<\/strong>. Dicho programa es patrocinado por el gobierno coreano para atletas de alto rendimiento con posibilidades de asistir a unos <strong>Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de Invierno<\/strong> y que sus pa\u00edses no tengan esa <strong>tradici\u00f3n de deportes invernales<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Su pr\u00f3ximo reto ser\u00e1 lograr los puntos necesarios para obtener un boleto al Campeonato Mundial Junior, que se celebrar\u00e1 en China Taipei en el pr\u00f3ximo mes de marzo.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMi objetivo es calificar para el Mundial Junior, empezar a trabajar para clasificar para las Olimpiadas de 2026\u201d, apunt\u00f3 Regina Garc\u00eda de Le\u00f3n.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>DONOVAN CARRILLO ACONSEJA A REGINA GARC\u00cdA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La patinadora ha recibido consejos de Donovan Carrillo, quien hizo historia para nuestro pa\u00eds al ser el primer mexicano en entrar a una final en el programa corto de patinaje art\u00edstico durante los <strong>Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de Invierno Beijing 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAdmiro mucho a Donovan y s\u00ed he tomado unas clases con \u00e9l y s\u00ed me ha dado algunos consejos, como qu\u00e9 debo mejorar. \u00c9l es el mejor ac\u00e1.
