{"id":93760,"date":"2024-08-14T14:37:02","date_gmt":"2024-08-14T20:37:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/?p=93760"},"modified":"2024-08-14T14:37:02","modified_gmt":"2024-08-14T20:37:02","slug":"tepjf-valida-eleccion-presidencial-y-triunfo-de-claudia-sheinbaum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreportero.mx\/inicio\/2024\/08\/14\/tepjf-valida-eleccion-presidencial-y-triunfo-de-claudia-sheinbaum\/","title":{"rendered":"TEPJF valida elecci\u00f3n presidencial y triunfo de Claudia Sheinbaum"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\">El TEPJF sostuvo en el dictamen que la elecci\u00f3n cumpli\u00f3 con los principios constitucionales de certeza, legalidad, imparcialidad y m\u00e1xima publicidad en todas las etapas del proceso electoral<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>AGENCIAS.<\/strong> La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.te.gob.mx\/front3\/ContenidoSalas\/salaSuperior\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sala Superior del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (TEPJF)<\/a> declar\u00f3 por unanimidad la validez del triunfo de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.threads.net\/@claudia_shein\">Claudia Sheinbaum<\/a> como presidenta electa para el <strong>periodo 2024-2030<\/strong>, convirti\u00e9ndose en la primera mujer en M\u00e9xico que ocupar\u00e1 este cargo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se aprob\u00f3 el c\u00f3mputo final de la elecci\u00f3n presidencial, en el que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ClaudiaSheinbaumPardo\">Claudia Sheinbaum<\/a>, postulada por <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/PartidoMorenaMx\">Morena<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/partidodeltrabajo.com.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PT<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.partidoverde.org.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Partido Verde<\/a>, obtuvo <strong>35 millones 924 mil 519 de votos<\/strong>, es decir, un <strong>59.7% de la votaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tepjf_salasuperior\/\">TEPJF<\/a> sostuvo en el dictamen que la elecci\u00f3n cumpli\u00f3 con los principios constitucionales de certeza, legalidad, imparcialidad y m\u00e1xima publicidad en todas las etapas del proceso electoral.<\/p>\n<p>La magistrada <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JanineOtalora?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\">Janine Ot\u00e1lora<\/a> y el magistrado <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/reyesrdzm\">Reyes Rodr\u00edguez Mondrag\u00f3n<\/a> se pronunciaron sobre las fallas en el <strong>proceso electoral<\/strong>, como la elecci\u00f3n adelantada de las candidaturas, lo que represent\u00f3 un fraude a la ley; la intervenci\u00f3n del presidente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.threads.net\/@lopezobrador\">Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador<\/a> y el impacto del crimen organizado.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la aprobaci\u00f3n del dictamen, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TEPJF\">TEPJF<\/a> entregar\u00e1 la constancia de presidenta electa a <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Claudiashein\">Claudia Sheinbaum<\/a> en una sesi\u00f3n solemne este <strong>jueves 15 de agosto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El TEPJF sostuvo en el dictamen que la elecci\u00f3n cumpli\u00f3 con los principios constitucionales de certeza, legalidad, imparcialidad y m\u00e1xima publicidad en todas las etapas del proceso electoral AGENCIAS.
